To make reservations for groups of 15 or more, call the Group Sales Department at 312-692-3333. Reservations can be faxed to 312-939-2195. The Group Sales Department will fax back a confirmation number and entry time. We will always try to accommodate your first request; however, please indicate an alternate time and date of visit. Don't forget! Shedd DISCOUNT DAYS are every Monday and Tuesday, September through February. On DISCOUNT DAYS, entrance to the Aquarium, Amazon Rising and the Caribbean Reef are FREE! On DISCOUNT DAYS, there is an admission fee for the Oceanarium and Seahorse Symphony (adults $7; children and seniors $5) Remember, entrance to Aquarium, Amazon Rising, and the Caribbean Reef is available for a reduced price every day! You can purchase your tickets in advance from TICKETMASTER to obtain the entry date and time of your choice and avoid waiting in line at the Aquarium. The handicapped/stroller entrance is located south of Shedd Aquarium's main entrance. Stroller check and wheelchairs are available. Parking for cars bearing handicapped plates or tags is available on Solidarity Drive and in the East Soldier Field parking lot. Shedd Aquarium has programs and services available for people with vision disabilities. Please call 312-939-2426 for details. With seven days' notice, Shedd Aquarium will arrange for a sign language interpreter (on the condition that the Chicago Hearing Society can provide one for that day) at no additional charge beyond regular admission for any guest with a hearing impairment.
